My shipment is delayed?
Unfortunately, we cannot control and delays by USPS. Shipments can be delayed for multiple reasons including weather. Again, please verify that the tracking information is correct.
My order is incorrect?
Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours if the order you have received was incorrect for any reason. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service and if there is an issue, we want to resolve it as soon as possible.
I don’t like my flavor?
No Warranty on E-Liquid
All E-Liquid orders are custom filled during the order fulfillment process. Therefore, once your E-Liquid order has been filled, the purchase is complete and cannot be returned or refunded even if it has not been shipped from our facility or received by the customer. Also, due to the consumable nature of these products and the inability to reuse or resell once they have left our facility, returns or refunds are not allowed for any type of eliquid ordered. The Juice Connection is not responsible for orders that are placed incorrectly. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of products on orders that were filled and shipped correctly. If you have questions or are unsure regarding a product or it’s function or compatibility please contact us before placing your order. We are more than willing to provide further product description, clear up any confusion, or provide advice about the products we sell.
I purchased a Mechanical Mod and I don’t like it, can I return it?
No returns accepted on Mechanical Mods, It is buyers responsibility to research what they are buying before they buy to make sure it is the right mod for them. All Mechanical Mods are for Advanced users only with a knowledge of Ohms Law.
All Sales Are Final, It is Buyers responsibility to follow through with Manufacturer Warranties for defective products including Mechanical Mods.
Mechanical mods are not regulated, and therefore include no short circuit protection for the battery other than ventilation (if ventilation exists in the design of the device). When using mechanical mods, please be sure that you know the dangers of not having circuit protection. Lithium batteries can be volatile and vent or explode, causing injury and damage to property. This can happen if the batteries are not handled properly, if the resistance level of your coils is too low, or in the event of a short circuit. For all mechanical mods we recommend the use of a ‘short fuse’ to shut down the battery from an external short circuit. We recommend using an Ohm reader to check your coils before you start vaping with a mechanical mod to ensure that you are vaping at a safe resistance level. By purchasing and using any mechanical device or lithium battery from our store, you agree to take full liability and responsibility for it’s use.
